National Kindness Week

This week, BPJH is promoting National Kindness Week.  The purpose of it is to change schools, families, a workplace, and society.  By doing a simple act of being a good person, it can make someone’s day, and that promotes positive mental health.  Simple actions can be as small as holding the door for someone, or as big as making a big present for someone.  Our goal for this week is to do three acts of kindness.  Remember, kindness is not about getting a praise back, it’s about helping out in our community and making each other feel welcomed.
