Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, whatever time you are reading this, guess what? We have a new teacher at BPJH! Her name is Mrs. Andros. There is quite a bit to talk about. First off, she is the robotics teacher in Room 32, but you can also find her in Room 3, teaching 6th grade science and history. She went to Cal Poly Pomona where she studied horticulture (The science of art of growing plants) and entomology (scientific study of insects). After that, she went to Hope International University where she did her Masters in Education, with an emphasis in technology. And lastly, she transferred to USC to get her certificate in differentiated instruction. Pretty cool, right?

Here is her family life. She has been married for 31 years and she has three grown children who all study in the science field. She has taught at another school, which was Whittier Christian Elementary School, where she taught ALL grades, Kindergarten through 6th. She also taught technology and the GATE program and she taught there for 14 years. She also was a manager of a market prior to teaching at BPJH, and she was also a plant propagator at a commercial nursery for 10 years.

Here are some of her favorite things. Her favorite foods are fruits and vegetables (She is a vegetarian) and her favorite drinks are unsweetened teas. Her hobbies/interests are hiking, gardening, scuba diving. She loves to teach and she has been doing it for 15 years, and she LOVES traveling. He has been all over the United States, and she has been through 6 different countries. Mrs. Andros is a very nice teacher. If you see her, make sure to say hello!
