Canvas

Angela Park, Staff Writer

Last year, we used the app AERIES for our digital grading, a program that states all your missing or graded assignments, and was a way for parents to look at students’ grades. In addition to Aries last year, many teachers used an app called Canvas. Last year, Canvas was used as another app to assign assignments, and to turn things in.

This year, our principal, Mr. Bagger, has made Canvas the official app for grading. All teachers are required to use Canvas. The reason why they changed from AERIES to Canvas was because Canvas was easier for students and parents to access. Remember to check your Canvas and make sure to keep your grades up, and turn everything in, on time.

Many students, and teachers had iPad or other Canvas issues, if you have trouble with Canvas as well, make sure to go to the library or see Ms. Sedia in Room 42.
