Police officers jobs are very dangerous, and sometime they get injured or even die. So today, Jan. 9, is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day to show how we understand and appreciate how hard they work to keep us safe. Some ways to show your appreciation is to wear blue, ask your parents to organize a Neighborhood Watch program, and Volunteer or donate to your local Crime Stoppers program. Or, say to the next police officer you see, Thank you.
