With the new year here, I’m sure most of us have a lot of resolutions to achieve. Here are a few apps to help you with your resolutions.

-Yoga Studio, this app helps you stay in shape and reduce some weight. There are 80 yoga and meditation classes in video on the app. This app would be a great way to exercise without having to work too hard.

-Mint, this app provides information about savings, transactions, and how much you spend. This app is more for adults. It will help a lot if your resolution is to spend less in 2019., this app helps create good habits to play a role in shaping your career to make you a better person. This app helps keep you on track for your goals of the year.

-Fooducate, this helps you watch what you eat. It helps to motivate you to lose weight and become fit. It also has recommendations for healthy eating.

-Evernote, this app is a detailed organizer and note taker. This will help organize your life/school stress. Evernote can help stop procrastination.

-Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock, this app helps you analyze your sleep and wakes you up in the lightest sleep phase. This way, you feel relaxed and awake when you wake up.

-Sworkit, this app motivates people to exercise. It has many different workouts for people to watch and enjoy.

-Calendars by Readdle, this last app allows you to keep track of your activities and things on your schedule. It will help keep you on track and not let you lose your mind.
